All are welcome. Registration required.
Donations appreciated. 30% of all donations are given to our local food back to help the needy.
Meditate with other like-minded seekers. This weekly gathering includes teaching, sharing and group meditation.
You will learn basics of mindfulness meditation to incorporate into daily sitting meditation and everyday life.
This gathering is based on the Buddhist teaching of Vipassana Meditation handed down from Gautama the Buddha over 2500 years ago.
Wear comfortable clothing and be in a comfortable sitting position.
Mindfulness Meditation Open Circle is facilitated by Debra M. Hollinrake, C.LAC, Meditation Instruction for nine years, trained through ICMT. Debra is also an advanced EFT practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach.
